He was given 300 mg Aspirin and Sorbitrate and was provided oxygen and I asked the captain to divert the flight to a nearby airport. The nearest airport turned out to be in Patna, and the flight was diverted, and landed in 15 minutes. The patient was handed to the Airport Medical Team.
