If 1 Indian jawan is beheaded by Pakistan, we must not stop to behead 100 Pakistani soldiers: Baba Ramdev

On Monday, a group of Pakistani soldiers allegedly crossed over to the Indian side and laid a trap for the Indian soldiers and killed and beheaded two of them.

Addressing an annual press conference of his Patanjali brand of consumer goods, Ramdev told the media that India should “follow Israel’s cue and behead 100, if they decapitate even one or two of our soldiers”.

This was the unexpected activity done by Pakistan on Monday.Two Indian jawans, Naib Subedar Paramjit Singh and Head constable Prem Sagar were killed and beheaded by the Pakistani forces on Monday after a ceasefire violation by Pakistan. While Pakistan denied these charges, both the mutilation and the ceasefire violation, they stated that this was the latest move by the Indian authorities to divert attention from what has been happening in Kashmir.

Commenting on the recent incident of beheading of two Indian soldiers by alleged Pakistani forces, yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Thursday said that if Pakistan beheads one Indian soldier, then in retaliation one must not deter to behead 100 soldiers of Pakistan. This comes at a time when the Indo-Pak tie is going through a tough terrain over the recent mutilation of the two soldiers.

Baba Ramdev known for setting a trend of yoga in India and abroad, and also the owner of the multi-product empire of Patanjali while speaking to the media on Thursday made these comment. He also made reference to Israel and said just like Israel India must not deter to behead 100 Pakistani soldiers.

Following this started attacking military posts in the area violating the ceasefire norms and when a team of soldiers reached the are to respond, they were ambushed. Out of this, the two soldiers were then reportedly killed and later beheaded. However, Pakistan DGMO Maj Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza told his Indian counterpart Lt Gen A K Bhatt that neither there was a ceasefire violations in the Sector which was pointed out by India in the mutilation allegation, nor there was any crossing of the LoC by Pakistanis troops.

This created a scene of anger among the Indians and since then all the political parties, and prominent personas of the country has been suggesting various ways to retaliate to this mutilation incident.
